KWK – Returns & Refunds

At KWK, we believe in being clear and upfront about how we handle returns. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

If you are based in the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To qualify for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery and return the item within 14 days of notifying us. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

For customers outside the UK and EU, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence and your order number. If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.

We do not accept returns on used or worn items, personalised or custom products, sealed goods that have been opened for hygiene reasons, or digital products.

KWK is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs charges on international orders, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are correct before completing your purchase.
