KWK sells products online and fulfils orders through third-party suppliers. This means some items may be shipped directly from our partnered warehouses and manufacturers. Delivery times may vary depending on location, demand, and customs processing.

All product descriptions, images and pricing are provided as accurately as possible. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, update information or cancel orders if information is found to be inaccurate at any time without prior notice.

By placing an order, you agree that it is your responsibility to provide accurate billing and shipping details. KWK is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Shipping timeframes provided are estimates only. Delays may occur due to courier services, customs clearance, supplier processing times or events outside of our control. KWK is not liable for delays once an order has been dispatched.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees required by their country.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of policies or chargeback misuse.
