KWK works with international suppliers and fulfilment partners. This means some products may be shipped directly from our partnered warehouses rather than from the UK. Because of this, delivery times can vary depending on your location, product availability and customs processing.

Orders are typically processed within 1–5 working days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are usually between 7–15 working days for UK orders and 7–20 working days for international orders. These timeframes are estimates and not guarantees.

Delays may occur due to high demand, courier issues, customs clearance, weather conditions or other factors outside of our control. KWK is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If a package is marked as delivered by the courier but cannot be located, customers must contact the courier directly. KWK is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once confirmed delivered.
